We’re happy to offer free shipping New Zealand wide on orders over $75.00.

Orders under this amount will occur a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00. We know you’ll be keen to get your new purchases into your home as soon as possible; we therefore do our upmost to get your order picked, packed and on its way to you within 2 working days.


Estimated arrival times

North Island -  2-3 days

South Island - 4-5 days

Rural delivery - add an extra day to the above

We value your custom and want you to be pleased with the goods and service that you receive from us. Below are some commonly asked questions about returns.


I’m not sure about the products I ordered – how can I return them?

We work hard to ensure the pictures and descriptions on our site are as accurate as possible. We understand that sometimes it’s just slightly the wrong colour or size. If you’re not happy with any of the items you received, we want to correct the problem as soon as we can.


Just contact us via our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll talk you through returning it or arrange for a collection.  Once the order gets back to us, we'll refund you the cost of your item (but minus delivery charge any return or collection costs). Please note that we can only offer refunds on products providing they are unused and in their original packaging.

3. Pop your items back into a box along with the return authorisation number and send to:

Can I get an exchange or replacement?

We try to ensure our products meet the highest standards before sending them out to you.

But if we've missed something or sent you the wrong thing, just let us know within 14 days.

It really helps us if you inspect your product upon arrival and send us photos of any issues. We will gladly replace or exchange the item or provide an online credit or a refund for the amount you paid.


If we have made a mistake and sent you the incorrect item, we will replace

your goods free of charge.


Some items, marked ‘final sale’ are not eligible for a refund or exchange.


How much do returns cost?

If you need to return an item because it's faulty, or because of something we've done wrong, we won't charge you for the return/collection. But if you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll need to pay the cost of returning it to us. This will vary depending on where you are in the country.
