Can I cancel my order prior to it being shipped?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as the items haven’t been dispatched from our warehouse. The best way to do this is to fill out our contact form, and we’ll do our best to try and cancel it. Once we cancel the order, you will receive a full refund to your account, please allow a few days for this transfer to happen. Cancellations after dispatch will have to follow our normal 14-day return policy.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes, we are able to provide tracking details, and these should have been emailed to you. Please email email@example.com and we can forward the tracking details to you.
Do you have a retail store?
Sorry! We are currently online only. We try to make our product images, colours and scene pictures as accurate as possible so you can shop our products with confidence.
How do I report a quality concern?

How do I clean my floor rug?
Shake floor rugs regularly to remove dust and dirt, and as a rule floor rugs should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. We recommend referring to the website www.clean-rug.com for care and cleaning information.
